Personal Space at the fifty fifty
I am so pleased to welcome you to a show of new and selected works at the fifty fifty here in Victoria. I LOVE the fifty fifty and it is such an honor to have the opportunity to share my work here.
Personal space refers to a landscape in the mind. A place of wandering and of thoughts. Ideas unfolding themselves within marks and colours. This collection consists of works on paper, canvas and panel that blend drawing and painting practices.
the fifty fifty arts collective, located in unceded and occupied Lekwungen Territories (Victoria, BC), is a not for profit, volunteer-run, multi-disciplinary programming space that supports both emerging and established artists. The gallery is open for view through the generous dedication of volunteers. Please visit the fifty fifty for hours and Covid guidelines. EMERGE
Sweetpea Gallery’s second show of the year is on now at ECAH. This show is right in time for spring and focuses on fresh practices, fresh colours and fresh artists. EMERGE is on April21 to May 7. The gallery is open Wednesday-Saturday 10-5 and Sunday 12-4.
